Laptop Repair & Maintenance Support

I’m expanding the service side of my laptop business and need an experienced technician who can take full ownership of our laptop services. The focus is strictly on Laptop services—no mobile work—covering three core areas: repair, maintenance, and software installation.

Within repairs, you should be confident handling hardware faults, screen replacements, and battery swaps. Day-to-day you’ll diagnose issues, advise on parts, carry out repairs, install operating systems or specialist software, and perform routine tune-ups that keep machines running smoothly.

If you already have a proven track record restoring laptops of various brands, understand drivers, firmware updates, and ESD-safe practices, and can document each job for warranty purposes, I’d like to hear how you’d approach our workload and typical turnaround times. Remote support for software installs is fine, but all hardware work must be carried out in-house or at the customer’s site, so let me know your location and travel radius.

Deliverables: working, fully tested laptops; short service report per job; clear parts list when replacements are needed. Let’s discuss scheduling, volume, and any tooling requirements once you reply.
