Inside Technical Sales

Provides Technical sales support for inbound questions from customers, (distributors, Lumberyard personal, builders and homeowners) and from internal sources (Supply Chain/Customer service team, Engineering team, technical sales voice mail/email and Sales email). Communicates daily with customers by phone - discusses technical support sales aids and provides additional product technical support on website. Product knowledge training for the company account base including benefits and features of the company products, along with software assistance. Helps development, in collaboration with Business Development Managers
