Google Groups Setup & Onboarding
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m ready to roll out several new Google Groups inside our Workspace account and need an experienced admin to get everything configured smoothly. The naming conventions and overall structure are already locked in—I’ll hand you a list of each group’s exact name along with the corresponding member email list.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Create each group in the Google Admin console exactly as specified.
• Add the supplied members to their respective groups, confirming memberships are active.
I’ll provide admin access, the CSV or spreadsheet of members, and any required settings preferences (posting permissions, visibility, etc.). Once you’re done, a quick screen-share or step-by-step summary confirming the groups are live and populated will wrap things up.
If you’re comfortable with Google Workspace administration and can turn this around quickly, let’s get started.

I am seeking assistance with setting up Google Groups.
I am representing a small nonprofit.
We have our own paid Google Business Starter workspace account with Goggle with our own domain.
I am trying to create two Google Groups for this group.
One will have about 20 members and one about 80 members.
I have been able to add all the names to the smaller group, but one name cannot be added for some unknow reason. No matter what I try, this last name cannot be added to the list. They say they are not event receiving invitations to join when sent to them and I have tried numerous times
I have not been able to add names to the larger 80-person group due to name limits though we are paid account so this should not be an issue for this group.
I am seeking assistance to help get these two groups up and running and how to manage them in the future.
Please advise me if you can assist and what this will cost.
