Google Accounts Merge & Cleanup
Budget: $10 – $1,000,000 USD
I have two personal Google accounts and the storage on both is bursting at the seams. My goal is to end up with a single, well-organised account that still holds every photo and video I care about, plus only the email conversations that came from a short list of specific people. Everything else can be deleted, archived offline or otherwise removed so that I’m no longer paying for extra space I don’t use.
Here is what I need:
• Migrate all photos and videos from both accounts into one master account without quality loss or duplicates.
• Identify and retain Gmail threads from the individuals I will supply; everything else should be cleared out. (No need to filter by domain—only the exact people matter.)
• De-clutter Google Drive, Trash and Spam, then verify the final storage footprint is comfortably below the free tier limit or whatever target we agree on.
• Provide a quick hand-over document outlining what was moved, what was deleted and any settings or filters you created so I can maintain the tidy inbox going forward.
I already own the extra storage but would like to downgrade once the cleanup is done, so please keep that in mind while planning the transfer strategy (Google Takeout, IMAP migration tools, Google Workspace transfer utility, etc.).
Experience with Gmail filters, Google Takeout, Google Photos, and large account merges is essential; the smoother and faster you can make this, the better.
