German-speaking Technical Support Representative

In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing detailed solutions to help our customers resolve their issues quickly and efficiently. You will be supporting Smart Home Cameras, Smart Doorbells, Solar Products and Smart Robot Vacuum.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in German, a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting techniques, and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience in customer service and technical support is a plus.
