YOU WOULD BE AN IDEAL FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU:
Love WORKING FROM HOME
Have at least 2 years' experience in BPO sector, have at least 1 year's experience being a Tech Support
Are service-oriented, responsible, reliable and stable
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Are familiar with soft phone, equipped with quality PC and Headset
Native German only please!
