General Technical Support Needed

I need a reliable, all-round technical support partner I can call on whenever a computer problem pops up. The help I’m after could be as simple as installing a piece of software or as tricky as tracing a network dropout or a hardware glitch—whatever the issue, I’d like to hand it to you and have it sorted without fuss.

Here’s how I see us working together
• When I report an issue, you connect remotely with a tool you’re comfortable with (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.).
• You walk me through what you’re doing so I understand the fix.
• Afterward, you leave me a brief note summarising the steps taken, in case I need to repeat them.

Breadth of knowledge is important because the devices involved might run Windows, macOS, or even Linux. If you have experience across all three, all the better, but being able to learn on the fly matters just as much.

When you bid, let me know:
– Your typical response time during the week
– The remote-support tools you prefer
– Any special strengths (networking, hardware diagnostics, scripting, and so on) that could give us an edge
