GOOGLE ADS ISSUE

I'm hoping for help in getting our Google ads to show. And a link issue.
I''m 72 yo and not good at tech issues. I actually had the ads performing but then just stopped. Either showed on first page but link would't go to our url, or simply not show up at all.
Meanwhile, we've been billed for $400. this month.
Can you help?
