Hiring: Technical Support Manager (Remote)
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Manager to build and lead our Technical Assistance Center (TAC).
Must have:
• 5+ years technical support management experience
• Experience building TAC centers (REQUIRED)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Remote work experience preferred
What you’ll do:
- Build and optimize TAC operations
- Lead and develop support team
- Implement support tools and processes
- Drive customer satisfaction and performance metrics
