Full-Time Support assistance 10 hours daily

We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual with strong computer knowledge and experience installing software.

Requirements:

Very good computer skills
Able to install and configure software
Fast typing speed
Comfortable using remote access tools
Good written communication skills

Main Responsibilities:

Reply to customer emails based on the criteria and guidelines provided
Provide technical support to customers
Assist customers through remote sessions when required
Follow company procedures when responding to inquiries

Working Hours:

10 hours per day
30 days per month
