Fix my laptop "turning on and heating in the bag" problem

When my laptop is in a sleep or hibernation mode with the lid off, at 80% of the cases some task "wakes" it up and it starts to run and heat in my bag.

The model is Asus ZenBook UX534FTC-AS77 running Win-10
