Fix Fallout 3 Launch Issue

I’m stuck with a quirk on my Windows 11 desktop: Fallout 3 launches perfectly when I log into the secondary account I created for testing, yet it crashes immediately every time I start it from my main profile. Every other Steam title works without a hiccup, and I’ve already tried “Run as administrator” on the main account with no success, so I’m convinced the culprit is a permissions snag unique to this user.

I need someone comfortable with Windows permissions, Steam, and older titles like Fallout 3 GOTY to hop onto a remote session (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or whatever you prefer), pinpoint the exact blockage, clear it, and then hand me a concise write-up of what you changed so I can replicate the fix later if needed.
