Facebook Business Page Role Assignment

One of my friends created a Facebook Business page, then tried to add me as administrator. However, I think I forgot to complete the authentication process. He no longer has a role on the page and I am now listed as a moderator. When I try to change my role to administrator for the page it will not let me. Look at the attached file for complete details. How do I become an administrator?
