Exchange Server with Email Recall -- 2

I need a fresh Microsoft Exchange deployment that ties neatly into my existing domain and email hosting. The user base is small—fewer than fifty mailboxes—but the configuration must allow me to recall or fully remove a message from a customer’s inbox even if it has already been opened.

Please handle the full setup: installing the latest stable Exchange version you recommend, joining it to my domain, creating the required mailboxes, applying all DNS and SSL settings, and enabling the built-in Message Recall feature (or any transport-rule solution that achieves true recall across Outlook clients and OWA). Once everything is in place I’ll also need a brief hand-over session so I know exactly how to issue a recall and verify its success.
