I'm looking for one or two tech-savvy individuals to assist me with a two-day job in Montreal (April 22 and 23). The role primarily involves providing entry-level IT support onsite.
Tasks will include:
- Assisting with end user support for an application
- Helping with user account and login issues
- Guiding users on app features and troubleshooting problems
Ideal candidates should have:
- Basic IT knowledge and skills
- Experience with software installation and updates
- Proficient in troubleshooting network issues
Please note: This job will require you to be physically present in Montreal on the specified dates.
