Enclosed Photobooth Setup

Job ID: 40174399

Budget: $750 – $1,500 CAD

I recently purchased a photobooth and didnt realize just how techy it is!!! It runs on Breeze DSLR Remote Pro (https://www.breezesoftware.com/downloads/remote-pro), and I’m looking for an experienced tech who can come to my home and help me finalize the setup.

Here are the issues I need assistance with:
Nayax payment reader integration
I haven’t been able to connect or configure the Nayax reader so it communicates properly with the Breeze software.

External flash going to sleep after long idle time
When the booth is idle for about an hour, the external flash goes into standby. As a result, the first 1–2 photos don’t fire the flash. I need a solution to keep the flash awake and ready at all times.

Remote desktop access
I want to set up a reliable remote‑access system so I can monitor and control the booth when I’m not physically at the bar.

Auto‑launching the photobooth software
When the booth powers on, I want it to go directly into DSLR Remote Pro and into the specific event without showing the Windows desktop or browser.

Disabling all notifications/pop‑ups
I need the PC locked down so that only the photobooth interface is visible — no Windows alerts, pop‑ups, or distractions.

Dual‑screen setup
The machine has two screens:
• One main screen for the photobooth operation
• One front‑facing screen for guests
I want the front screen to display a custom design immediately on startup, before guests interact with the booth.

If you have experience with photo booths, DSLR cameras, external flashes, Windows startup configurations, Breeze software, dual‑monitor setups, or payment integrations (especially Nayax), I’d really appreciate your help getting everything running smoothly.
Thank you!
