We are seeking a *highly skilled techno-functional expert* in Ellucian Banner Student Information System (SIS) to support implementation, configuration, optimization, and user support at our university. The candidate will serve as a key liaison between the functional departments and IT, ensuring that Banner meets operational and academic requirements.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Upgrafe, Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Ellucian Banner modules (Student, Finance, etc.)
- Translate functional requirements into Banner configurations and processes
- Perform data analysis and support reporting needs
- Collaborate with academic and administrative departments
- Train staff and end-users
- Work with Oracle database and Linux environments
- Support Degree Works
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience with Banner 9 and DegreeWorks (minimum 5 years)
- Solid functional knowledge of higher education processes
- Strong understanding of Oracle and Linux environments
- Experience with Degree Works is a *strong plus*
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
