Elevator Troubleshooting Technical Support Required

I handle day-to-day field calls for Cony Elevator Company and need specialised technical support focused purely on troubleshooting our lift units. After a year on the job I can manage routine maintenance, yet certain faults—intermittent door lock errors, drive irregularities, controller resets and unexpected shutdowns—still slow me down.
What I’m looking for is practical, technician-level guidance that will let me pin-point the root cause of each fault quickly and get the cars back in service with minimum downtime. Clear diagnostic steps, wiring-diagram interpretations, recommended test points with a multimeter or oscilloscope, and advice on safe component swaps are all valuable. If firmware or PLC parameters are involved, instruction on the exact sequence to upload, modify and roll back would be ideal.
Because most calls are time-sensitive, I prefer concise, actionable instructions I can reference on site—photos, annotated PDFs or short video walkthroughs of similar Cony (or compatible) controllers are welcome. I’m also open to setting up scheduled remote sessions so you can watch live data from the lift’s service tool and coach me through advanced checks.
