EDL Tablet Bootloop Unbrick Help

My OnePlus tablet is stuck in a hard boot-loop. Normal recovery, fastboot, factory reset—nothing works, and the only port Windows now sees is “Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008,” so EDL mode is my last option.

I need a technician preferable Chinese (because global techs cant have access to OnePlus EDL right now) with working EDL for OnePlus who is experienced with Qualcomm-based devices to:

• Remotely unbrick my OnePlus Pad 4 using EDL auth
