Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Customization

I am seeking a proficient Dynamics 365 finance and operations on-premise developer to assist with the workflow at D365 FO on-premise, but once the sign-in pop-up opened, I entered the user and password and then resigned in the open again. How can I open the workflow?
