I need DWAgent fully installed and configured on a Windows PC so I can reach the machine from anywhere without hiccups. The job covers downloading the agent, completing the installation, adjusting any firewall or network settings that might block the service, and then proving everything works through a live connection test.
Once the session is stable, please walk me through the basic controls—how to initiate a connection, send files if the feature is enabled, and lock down access with a strong password or key. A short, step-by-step note of what you changed on the system will help me replicate the setup later if I reinstall Windows.
Everything should be wrapped up in one session if possible, but I’m happy to arrange a second call should troubleshooting be required.
