IT Consultant Needed for Video Setup

I'm seeking an IT consultant to assist me with my video recording setup remotely. I'm working on a basic home setup, and I need help troubleshooting how to mirror my iPad to my Windows PC in full screen mode. I use some screen mirroring apps, however they won't fully extend the Ipad view in full screen mode across my desktop monitor. The ultimate goal is to be able to screenshare my ipad recording in Camtasia in full screen.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
