Cant login into my VPS via remote desktop, need a tech guy to fix this

I cant login into my VPS via remote desktop- Please see the image I sent as attachment
I need someone to acess my desktop via team viewer and fix this problem for me
According to my VPS service provider – I have to run these commands in “Command Prompt”
1. Open Command Prompt(Run as Administrator).
2. run the command: REG ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters\ /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2
3. Take RDP of the server.
Its up to the freelancer to try this or any other method to fix my problem
Should be very easy work for those who know what to do !!
