Business Gmail Account Setup

I need a fresh Google account—specifically Gmail—created for my U.S-based company. The company already runs an active website, so once the mailbox is live I want it configured with a matching business identity (name, logo and footer), plus the usual security basics: two-step verification, recovery options and an initial spam-filter check.
Here’s what I expect as the final hand-off:
• A working Gmail inbox that I can log into from day one
• Confirmation that the account is tied to a U.S. locale with all security prompts cleared
• A short note explaining any settings you adjusted (labels, filters, forwarding, etc.) and how I can change them later
