I need a patient freelancer who can walk me through beginner-level computer and IT issues and keep my small website running smoothly. Typical requests will include basic laptop or software troubleshooting, straightforward technical advice, and—most often—routine website updates and ongoing maintenance such as refreshing content, fixing minor layout glitches, or installing light-weight plugins.

Because my skill level is entry-level, clear step-by-step explanations are essential whenever you solve a problem or make a change. Screenshots, short Loom videos, or annotated instructions are all welcome so I can replicate the steps in the future.

Responsiveness matters to me: I’d like quick acknowledgment of any new ticket and realistic timelines for completion. I’m open to one-off tasks, but if we work well together I’d prefer to keep you on call for continuous support.
