Avaya IP Office and ACCS/WFO Expert Needed for Remote Support

We're seeking an experienced Avaya IP Office R11.1.2 and ACCS R71.2 expert to assist with the following tasks on a managed services basis, estimated at 20–25 hours per month:
- High Availability for IP Office and ACCS in Virtualized Mode VMware.
- Occasional support for contact center agents (ACCS) and troubleshooting (during business hours) /upgrades to latest release
Collaboration Details:
The expert will work remotely while coordinating with a local onsite technician based in Casablanca, Morocco. Responsive communication and consistency are essential for this long-term commitment.
