Arabic Live Call System Tester
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
Our live technical-support call platform is ready for its first Arabic trial, and I need a native-level translator to put it through its paces right away. You will join several real-time support calls through our web interface, translate between English and Arabic on the fly, and take notes on how the system behaves.
During each session please pay close attention to three things: overall voice clarity, how accurately your words are rendered at both ends, and whether the audio or interface shows any signs of instability. The calls are technical-support scenarios, so you should feel comfortable with basic IT vocabulary while you translate.
Turnaround is urgent; I’d like the full round of tests and feedback completed as soon as possible—ideally within 24 hours of contract start.
Deliverables
• Audio or screen recordings of every test call
• A concise report that scores voice clarity, translation accuracy, and system stability for each call, noting any glitches or dropouts
• Clear reproduction steps or timestamps for any issue you encounter
You will get immediate access to the VoIP portal, a test script, and a contact on our side for quick troubleshooting. If everything checks out, more language pairs and follow-up tests will be offered next.
