In-house remote Recruiter
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am looking for an in-house remote recruiter to help us fill mid-level positions in our company. The ideal candidate should have more than 5 years of experience in recruiting for positions at this level and be able to work on time zone EDT with absolutely no issues. It is preferred that the candidates have experience in industries related to the nature of our business.
Skills and experience required for the job:
- Proven experience in recruiting for mid-level positions
- Strong knowledge of the hiring process and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
- Ability to effectively screen and assess candidates
- Knowledge of industry trends and developments in talent acquisition
- Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
