Technical recruiter - Contract to Hire
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Hi,
We are hiring part time HR recruiter on C2H basis.
Initial contract will be for 3 months. The selected candidate should be working on commission basis during this period. We will be paying Rs.10,000/- per successful placement. Excellent performers will be offered a permanent position with perks.
Skillset:
- Must have minimum 2 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Documentation and writing skills will be an advantage
- Good expertise on various IT/Software skillsets and terminologies is mandatory
- Good experience in MS Word, Power point and Excel.
- Expertise in overall recruitment process such as sourcing to negotiation and onboarding to termination.
- Knowledge of IT contract staffing / staff augmentation.
