Technical Recruiter / HR Recruiter (India or Pakistan)

We're looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter or HR Specialist based in India or Pakistan to help us source, screen, and recommend talented developers for long-term roles on our team. Your focus will be on identifying top-tier .NET, C#, and Mobile Stack Developers (Android, iOS, or Flutter).
Responsibilities:
Understand technical job requirements and translate them into effective recruitment strategies
Source and attract top tech talent using LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and other platforms
Screen candidates via resumes and initial interviews to assess technical fit
Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with our team
Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
Maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience in tech recruitment (at least 3 years)
Strong understanding of technical roles: .NET, C#, Python, Mobile Development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools is a big plus
Location: Remote – Must be based in India or Pakistan
Type: Freelance (with potential for long-term collaboration)
