Recruitment for a Customer

My firm has to provide Recruitment support to a customer. This includes searching for appropriate profiles on job portals based on client requirements and making them available to the customer for further review. The Project also includes responding to customers quickly and making further profiles available when needed. Setting up online interviews and support for in-person interviews also have to be made available.

The successful candidate will work on a success fee model and will be paid 10% the total billed amount to the customer for each successful placement.
