Responsibilities:
Source and identify qualified AI/ML specialists through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the project.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and our team.
Provide regular updates on the recruitment process and candidate pipeline.
Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
