Need a full time recruiter

We need a full time recruiter to work with our HR to help us with fining the right talent for our company. We have a strong focus on culture, and operate differently from most companies, so we need the recruiter to understand our USPs and sell the same to potential candidates. We need a person who understands IT recruitment, and has extensive experience with it. The person must have excellent communication skills.
