Need Freelancers for conducting recruitment in Data Science industry

I represent a Data Science start-up which is growing and is on a hiring spree. Through this job post, company is looking for freelancers who can help us with different hiring activities like scheduling interviews, shortlisting candidates on job portals, interviewing candidates, negotiating, onboarding, etc. We want to hire Freelancers who can work with us for multiple recruitment cycles spanned over the next financial year. You will assist us with recruiting for open positions like -
- Data Scientist
- Visualization Developer
- Full-stack Developer
- Data Analyst
- Business Analyst

Desired Experience Level - Mid-Level (3 -4 years in recruitment especially technical or Data Science industry)

Number of Candidates to Hire - 3 to 5

Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in recruiting for the data science industry
- Understanding of the specific skills and qualifications required for each role
- Strong network and connections within the data science community
- Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with candidates and clients

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough candidate searches and screenings
- Identifying qualified candidates for each role
- Arranging and coordinating interviews with candidates
- Providing feedback and recommendations on potential candidates
- Managing the hiring process from start to finish
