I am looking for a Lady HR and Trainer in Faridabad who can assist me in hiring telecallers, Marketing Executives, and a Supervisor for them. The ideal candidate should have a combination of recruiting and training skills.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Recruiting: The HR and Trainer should have experience in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions.
- Training and Development: The candidate should be proficient in designing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of employees.
