I need a savvy technical recruiter who can quickly build a pipeline of high-calibre Frontend Web Developers for several client-facing domains we run on WordPress and Shopify. You’ll own the full cycle: sourcing passive and active candidates, screening for deep HTML / CSS skills, assessing familiarity with Figma and Photoshop for UI hand-offs, then coordinating interviews with our engineering leads.
Success means presenting a short list of pre-vetted developers who can hit the ground running on multi-domain builds and ongoing feature sprints. If this first wave goes smoothly, I may ask you to expand the brief to adjacent roles such as Software Engineers or Product Managers, but your immediate focus is frontend talent.
