Experienced Tech Recruiter Needed – Source Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Ongoing Work)

I’m looking for a skilled tech recruiter or talent sourcer who can consistently deliver high-quality senior developer candidates. This is not a one-time task — I’m looking to build an ongoing working relationship with the right person.

What I Need From You:
- Source and identify Senior Full-Stack Engineers
- Screen candidates (experience, communication, reliability)
- Deliver a shortlist of 3–5 strong candidates per cycle
- Focus on quality over quantity

Target Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years as a Full-Stack Developer
- Strong in React, Next.js, TypeScript
- Solid Python experience (backend, data, or analytics)
- Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud (AWS/GCP), distributed systems
Good English and able to join technical discussions

Role Details (for candidates you source):
- Full-time or Part-time, fully remote
- Budget: up to $2000/month
- Timezone: EST or CET overlap preferred
