We, Lakshya Software are an IT recruiting firm looking for offline trainers to train our recruiters in building and deploy the right sourcing, interviewing and recruiting strategies, plans, programs, plans, processes, and tools.
We are looking for an experienced trainer who has good hands-on experience in IT corporate recruit training and experienced knowledge in recruiting platforms, Keywords usage, IT Skills, screening, sourcing and analyzing right resumes.
About Company : Lakshya Software Technologies Private Limited has started its journey in 2014 as an IT recruitment service provider with a mere start comprising of 5 employees and 4 clients to meet the Talent needs of our clients.
Training Location : Vijayawada
Mode of Training : Offline
Payment Mode : Hourly Basis
Required Skills:
Must have good experience in corporate IT recruitment training.
Must have 8+ Years of work experience as a trainer in IT corporate recruitment.
Good knowledge in IT Recruitment and knowledge on IT terms.
Must have been worked as a recruitment consultant for MNC's.
Must be available for offline training.
Must have a good knowledge in recruitment platforms, screening, keywords and recruitment strategies.
Must have good communication skills.
Our Requirements:
We are 13 of IT recruiters who mostly work for end clients with daily requirements.
We mostly work on experienced candidates with different IT requirements throughout India.
We are expecting good knowledgeable training on recruiting portals, screening, keyword search and recruitment strategy.
