PJ's incarceration case

I have a son in the Indiana corrections facility (Pendleton), and I am trying to find him assistance to help advance or look into an advance release date and also to help determine if his case was justified for the length of time that he has. This is were I would like to start, but ultimately I want to help get him released earlier then what they the prison system time duration is.
