Tech Pack: Functional Medical Scrubs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am developing a new line of professional medical scrubs and need a complete, factory-ready tech pack that covers both tops and pants.
For the tops, the design calls for two V-neck style made from a stretchable fabric and one outfitted with multiple pockets to include left U line chest pocket and one without chest pocket for instruments and personal items. The pants are wide legged and must mirror that practicality with multiple pockets as well, finished with elastic cuffs for a modern, secure fit.
The tech pack should include precise flat sketches, graded measurements, fabric and trim specifications, colorways, stitching and seam details, bill of materials, and clear construction notes so any manufacturer can quote and sample with confidence. If you typically work in Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or a similar CAD tool, please outline your process when you respond.
Deliverables:
• Separate, fully detailed tech pack files for the top and for the pants (PDF or AI)
• Measurement chart covering at least S–2XL with grading
• BOM listing fabric weight, stretch percentage, pocket reinforcements, and elastic spec
• Call-outs for pocket placement, V-neck depth, and cuff construction
• Ready-to-print pattern layout or reference, if this is part of your standard tech pack
I will be available to answer questions quickly and can supply any branding guidelines you need. Once we approve the initial draft, I’d like three revision rounds to fine-tune details before we hand it to the manufacturer.
