I need a complete manufacturing-ready tech pack for a mid-size, minimalist crossbody inspired by the Michael Kors Jet Set Charm. The bag must measure roughly 10" W × 9–9.5" H × 1.5–2" D and be offered in black Saffiano leather (or an equivalent cross-grain texture) with gold-tone hardware.
Core features to engineer
• One main compartment secured with a top zipper
• Internal zip pocket
• Dedicated pocket that functions as a Faraday pouch: RF-shielding lining plus a slim magnetic flap closure
A clean, structured silhouette for everyday use is essential; sharp edge-painted panels, crisp piping, and even stitch spacing will all be part of the spec.
Deliverables I expect
1. Detailed spec sheets with all measurements, tolerances, and graded sizing if required
2. Material call-outs: exterior leather, lining, RF-shielding textile, interlinings, thread, edge-paint, zips, pulls, D-rings, and adjustable crossbody strap hardware (gold-tone)
3. High-resolution flat sketches (front, back, side, top, interior) and an exploded view, preferably drafted in Adobe Illustrator or comparable vector software
