I'm seeking an experienced fashion designer to create a comprehensive tech pack for a new line of moisture-wicking, eco friendly sportswear for tweens and teens. The collection will include 7 designs:

- T-shirts and tanks
- Shorts and bike shorts
- Sports bras

Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in sportswear design
- Knowledge of moisture-wicking fabrics
- Proficiency in creating detailed tech packs
- Strong sketching and visualization skills
