Oversized T-Shirt Tech Pack
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I’m ready to take an oversized, short-sleeve crew-neck tee from concept to production and I need a complete tech pack that a factory can follow without question. The fabric will be 100% cotton, so all specs—body measurements, tolerances, shrinkage allowance and stitch types—must reflect that choice.
Here is what I expect delivered as a single, well-organized PDF (plus the original editable file):
• Detailed flat sketches (front, back, side, zoomed construction views)
• Full measurement table for each size I provide, including graded specs
• Fabric, thread and trim call-outs: cotton jersey weight, rib knit collar, label placements
• Colorway and print/embroidery positions if applicable
• BOM with quantities and codes I can forward directly to suppliers
• Construction notes: seam types, topstitch locations, hem finishing, shoulder taping, etc.
• Care label instructions tailored to the cotton fabric choice
• Quality checkpoints and tolerance guidelines
Feel free to use Illustrator, Excel, PLM software or any preferred tool—as long as the result is clear, factory-ready and editable. If you’ve created tech packs for streetwear or relaxed fits before, that’s a plus. Let me know your typical turnaround time and share a sample page if possible so I can gauge your layout style.
