Fashion Designer Needed – Luxury Women’s Fashion Startup

My teenage daughter is launching a small luxury womenswear brand and we are looking for an experienced fashion designer to help bring her vision to life.

We have a Pinterest mood board containing styles, garments, colours and aesthetics she loves. The overall look is Quiet Luxury / Old Money, inspired by brands such as Dior, Emilia Wickstead, Ralph Lauren Collection and luxury fashion seen on Farfetch.

We are looking for a designer to:

* Review our Pinterest inspiration board
* Create 2–4 original garment designs inspired by the aesthetic
* Produce fashion sketches and technical flats
* Create manufacturer-ready tech packs
* Recommend suitable fabrics and trims
* Ensure designs are suitable for production in China or Southeast Asia

This is an early-stage startup, so we are looking for commercially realistic designs that can be manufactured and sampled within a modest budget.
