Full-Face Biker Mask Design

I need a production-ready design for a full-face cotton mask aimed at Indian motorcyclists who battle heavy dust and pollution on a daily commute. The core requirements are straightforward: the mask must give reliable particulate protection, stay breathable in hot weather, and close securely with Velcro.

Key features I want designed in from the start are breathable fabric panels and fully adjustable straps so riders can fine-tune the fit even when wearing a helmet. The overall shape should cover the nose, mouth, cheeks, and extend under the chin without blocking peripheral vision or interfering with helmet padding.

Here’s what I expect as hand-off:

• Concept sketches that show front, side, and worn views
• A detailed tech pack with fabric specs (preferably 100% cotton outer with a tightly-woven lining), Velcro placement, strap dimensions, and stitching guidelines
• Flat patterns in PDF or DXF ready for sampling
• A short fit and airflow test note confirming the design remains breathable at idle and cruising speeds
