Detailed Interior/Exterior Floor Plan Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm currently seeking a professional with a keen eye for detail to create a comprehensive layout of my property. This project requires a visit to the site located in Oakland, CA. The main objectives of this project include:
- Accurately drawing the existing interior and exterior floorpan.
- Marking out the room dimensions and placement of fixed items like kitchen, bathroom, etc. (No furniture will be included in the plan)
In terms of project delivery, I would prefer the floorpan in a PDF format. The ideal candidate for this job would have an extensive background in architecture, interior design or a related field, with prior experience in accurate floor plan creation. Strong communication skills and the ability to work on-site in Oakland, CA are essential. It'd be a plus if you have strong skills in using floor planning and CAD software, but this isn't a mandatory requirement.
