Design Luxury Fleece Sweatpants
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am developing a heavyweight streetwear sweatpant for my brand OMNI and need a professional, factory-ready tech pack created.
OMNI represents the concept:
“Monsters that protect.”
The design language draws from Japanese Hannya / Oni mask symbolism — reinterpreted as protective, not evil. Dark tones, distressed elements, sculptural embroidery.
This is NOT a basic fleece jogger.
This is a structured, wide-leg, premium garment with strong presence.
GARMENT OVERVIEW
• Wide leg silhouette (not tapered)
• Open hem with controlled fray finish
• Heavyweight 525–550gsm cotton (100% organic preferred)
• Slightly brushed interior
• Structured drape and substantial weight
• Super black monochrome colorway
• Thick premium rope drawstring
• Elastic waistband
• Deep front pockets + single back pocket
ARTWORK / EMBROIDERY
• Large embroidered graphic on left leg
• Vertical “OMNI” bone typography on right leg
• Japanese script detail near hem
• All graphics embroidery only (no crystals for this version)
Embroidery should feel sculptural and high density — textured, not flat.
WHAT I NEED IN THE TECH PACK
• Front & back technical flat drawings (vector format)
• Measurement spec sheet (POM chart XS–XL or XS–XXL)
• Artwork placement dimensions in cm
• Embroidery sizing specs
• Construction notes (seam type, stitch type)
• Fabric callouts (weight, composition)
• Trim list (drawstring specs, waistband specs)
• Distress instruction notes for hem
• Grading rules
• Tolerance chart
• Sample request page for factory
FINAL FILES REQUIRED
• Editable AI file
• PDF version
• Measurement table in Excel or included in pack

You must have experience creating tech packs for cut-and-sew garments and understand heavy knit fabrics.
