Comprehensive Tech Packs for Apparel Line

We are building out a new line and I need complete, production-ready tech packs for the following styles: T-Shirts (round neck and polo-half/full), woven shirts(regular/baggy), hoodies(regular/baggy),, jogger track pants(regular/baggy), lowers(regular/baggy), cotton pants(regular/baggy), shorts, skirts (long/short/medium)and a small kids-wear capsule based on fabric gsm. All pieces will be cut from blended fabrics, so please keep the fabric specs and performance considerations of blends in mind as you work.

You’ll translate my sketches and reference photos into fully detailed tech packs that a factory can pick up without further clarification. That means front- and back-flats, call-outs for every construction detail, accurate measurement charts in all base and graded sizes, BOM with trims and label placements, fabric and color codes, print/embellishment artwork when required, and clear QC checkpoints.

Deliverables (one set for each garment listed above):
• Layered vector flats
• Measurement table with grading rules
• Bill of materials & trim list
• Construction and stitch details with call-outs
• Colorways / artwork files (Adobe Illustrator or compatible)
• PDF master pack plus original editable files

I’ll review each pack against wear-test samples and factory feedback, so clarity and precision are critical. If you’ve created tech packs for established apparel brands before—especially athleisure or streetwear—please mention it and share a sample page or two. Let me know your typical turnaround time per style and any software you prefer; I’m set up to work with Illustrator, Excel, and Clo3D files if needed.
