how to create multiple emails
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I need help setting up a full set of Gmail accounts that will be used exclusively by students at our school.
What I'm asking for:
• Create a specific number of student emails – I give you the list of names and you take care of the registration.
• Apply uniform formatting to all accounts (e.g. name template, signature, appearance settings).
• Suggest and implement secure practices: I want you to explain the security filters available in Gmail/Google Workspace and suggest which ones are worth enabling, along with the configuration steps.
Deliverables:
1. List of new student emails and temporary passwords.
2. A guide (in plain language) on how I can add or modify accounts in the future while keeping the same formatting.
3. A report with the security settings that were implemented and any additional steps you suggest.
Ideally, you have experience in Google Workspace for Education or a similar environment. I am available for any clarifications. I look forward to your proposal!
