Technical User Documentation for Investment Management Software

We are responsible for the development of a software system that manages real estate investments for an investment firm. We are looking to document the functionality of the system using a wiki style documentation system along with user guides on how the system operates. This is a large and complex piece of work as the system contains a great deal of functionality.
